Who we are
TillTotal ("we") is the data controller for personal data processed through our website, apps and browser extension. Contact: help@tilltotal.com.
What we collect
Your email address; saved baskets, alerts and loyalty-scheme choices (which stores — never card numbers); receipts and price reports you send; support conversations; usage events (pages and features used).
Why (lawful basis)
To provide the service you ask for (contract); to keep prices accurate and the service secure (legitimate interests); marketing emails and sharing anonymised trends only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Receipts
Receipt images are processed to extract item names and prices and are not stored after processing. Extracted prices are kept without any link to you once your account is deleted.
Processors
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments (Stripe) and AI processing (Anthropic) under data processing agreements. Some may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Download or delete your data from Account settings, or contact us. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Retention
Account data until you delete your account; support tickets for 2 years; aggregated price data indefinitely.
