Prices change often – sometimes daily – so every price in TillTotal shows:
- When it was last checked (e.g. "checked 3 hours ago"). Prices older than 3 days are marked may be out of date.
- Where it came from – a retailer's online price, a shopper's receipt (in-store price), or a shopper's report.
- A confidence level. If a price jumps by a lot overnight we hold it at low confidence until it's confirmed.
Online and in-store prices can differ. When you choose in-store, we prefer in-store prices (for example from receipts) and tell you when we're using an online price instead.
